Apart from providing all event related information on the first ever National Team 3x3 competitions to be organized by a FIBA zone, the http://fibaasia3x3.net will also act as a one-stop information point for all and any 3x3 event organized by a FIBA Asia National Federations and FIBA Asia subzones.

The FIBA Asia Executive Committee has decided to move the 27th FIBA Asia Championship from Beirut (Lebanon) to Manila (Philippines) in view of the current situation in Lebanon and rest of West Asia. The event will be played as per the original dates of Aug 1-11, 2013.

The FIBA Asia Executive Committee on Wednesday decided to award the hosting rights of the 27th FIBA Asia Championship to West Asian nation Lebanon. The 27th FIBA Asia Championship to be played in 2013 is also the qualifying event for the 2014 FIBA World Cup, with the top three teams earning the right to represent FIBA Asia in the world event.
